The Women’s Heritage Walk (WHW) that took place from February 9 – 14, 2017 has placed another annual epic achievement in the history books and although this year’s journey was cut short due to noncompliant weather, it proved, once again, to be another physically and spiritually bonding adventure for this year’s group of ladies. This women-only walk is a 125 KM hike stretching from Al Ain to Abu Dhabi that aims to retrace the steps of the Emirati women who made this journey twice yearly not so long ago.
